2. Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Bookings

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

4. Modifications

Date changes or guest info edits are considered modifications and may be subject to availability and additional charges. To request a change, please contact us or the hotel directly as soon as possible.

5. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, government travel bans, or other force majeure events, cancellation penalties may be waived at the hotel’s discretion. Proof of disruption may be required.
